Grape or fruit brandies are added to blends of selected aromatic herbs, always in the same proportion and composition. This is done to maintain the product’s distinctive, characteristic sensory properties. For flavoring or blending, we use herbs of our traditional recipes, which originate in light coloring, and the aromatic components that predominate are specific to the mountain-mediterranean climate.

Ingredients: apple brandy, blend of herbs (rosemary, sage, thyme, mint, fennel, chamomile, lemon balm, yarrow, citron in variable proportions.
