In this family story, since 1997, the entire family has been trying to pour the best of central Istria into the glass. From the best locations in this region come wines that have been built with a lot of knowledge, time and, above all, love. The vineyards are located on loamy soil, with a gentle slope and a pronounced altitude of 474 meters above sea level, which are also the highest vineyards in Istria. The climate of central Istria is very specific with large oscillations of day and night temperatures, which is conducive to the creation of aromas and preserving freshness in the grapes. All wines are aged for at least a year in the cellar so that most of the processes can take place naturally. Therefore, these wines are adorned with fullness and minerality, with wonderful freshness, so all wines are an ideal partner with various dishes, ready for immediate consumption, but also with executive potential for storage.
